This diet has been formulated by the American Heart Association. It emphasizes the lack of success for most people when it comes to losing weight and being able to keep it off permanently.

The American Heart Association emphasizes that losing weight is not easy and that beating yourself up over not being able to lose weight is not the way to go. They warn that there isn’t any “magic formula” to losing weight. They also emphasize that many of the diets and pills that promise instant and lasting weight loss is just a gimmick.

The American Heart Association has formulated a diet plan that will fit into any certain individual’s lifestyle. The have a three “key concepts” that they call the Circles of Success. I those circles, they have one concept that is termed “Think Smart”. In another circle they have another concept termed as “Eat Well”. In the last circle, the last concept is “Move More”.

They emphasize the importance setting goals that you are able to attain. They also have you create “a personal action plan”. The goals you set are to be about you and the three concepts that they incorporate into the diet.

When you individualize your program, they think that you will be more likely to have success because the diet is specifically geared towards you. They also suggest making small changes over time. Any changes that you make will be one step closer towards your goal.

Think Smart is all about making choices that are healthier and “a cornerstone of success”. Eat Well is all about the fact you need to consume fewer calories than you use. Move More is all about moving to ward off any extra weight.

The American Heart Association diet recommends that you remind yourself that keeping a rhythm of small changes can help you in your success. These small changes are the stepping stones to your success.

They also think that by setting an example and following this diet; you can be a role model for your children, family, friends, and a community. If they see you succeed, than they will try to mimic your success and try to live a healthier lifestyle.

The American Heart Association diet, also known as the No Fad Diet, is a diet that is individualized for you. It implements three important concepts: “Think Smart, Eat Well, and Move More”. They also emphasize that there isn’t any magic pill or gimmick that is going to work for permanent weight loss. I really like this No Fad Diet. It is all about basic common sense.
