Horoscopic Astrology Development And Ptolemaic Alexandria
By:
Sara Bright -
Readers looking for new things will be pleasently
surprised with this article. It does not contain
loads of astronomy facts and mathematical
calculations, and you do not need to be an
astrologist or a historian to enjoy reading it.
Personally, I am completely different.

Puna Island Joy
By:
John Savage -
There is an island which is part of Ecuador that
goes by the name of Puna. At one time this island
was inhabited by aboriginal people but now it is
inhabited by children who go around with no shoes
on their feet and with their legs caked with mud.
Not surprisingly, the area is inflicted with many
flies which carry diseases and consequently many
of these young people die young.

Topics On Immigration And Remediation
By:
Chris Channing -
The new age of immigration and restrictions on
immigration make it harder for people to come in
to the United States. There are more issues
concerning terrorism that has made the options for
people to get through the border checks a lot more
difficult, even if just to work legally in the
united states. This is being combated against as
well with native born citizens and questioning if
they should even be considered natural born
citizens in the united states.

Gary DeMar And "America's Heritage" -- Another Failed Effort To Link Christianity And The Constitution
By:
Dennis Woods -
Gary DeMar, author of "America's Heritage", is
back with another attempt to link Christianity and
the Constitution. The book relies heavily on
circumstantial evidence that fails to prove the
case. It is hard to take seriously the two
internal proofs offered – for one the words "year
of our Lord" attached to the date.

Think You Can't Achieve Happiness By Being Obedient To God?
By:
Stuart Migdon -
American society values control over almost
everything. We want to control things at work,
things at home, our finances, our weight, our
careers, and our relationships. In such a culture
of control, where does God fit in? Can you really
achieve success and happiness by turning your life
over to God?

Religion - Lord Krishna
By:
Ali Rashid -
His visit to the Bhaktivedanta Manor on behalf of
the Hindu population of the country was arranged
by the Hindu Forum of Britain, who refer to the
Manor as a major Hindu temple in Watford. Such a
high-profile leader visits a Hindu temple as part
of his political campaign canvassing the minority
religions. How much more loudly does one need to
broadcast to the population of Britain that the
Hare Krishnas are Hindus? Dave Cameron is the
leader of the official opposition political party.
He is visiting religious minority groups to gain
support for his bid to become the next British
prime minister.

Excersise For The Soul In 2009
By:
Cheri Cowell -
Spiritual Formation is today's buzzword for what
is actually an ancient practice. This kind of
spiritual exercise loosens stiff necks and bends
proud knees. It works from the inside out,
conforming us to the Holy One by growing within us
an awareness of His Ways.

Religion Resources - Lord Krishna
By:
Melchio Mahrer -
Many Hindus are taking to Krsna consciousness, and
this is great. However, there is a misconception
that politicians like Dave Cameron visiting
Bhaktivedanta Manor or holding a Diwali festival
with 20,000 Hindus attending is good publicity for
Krishna consciousness. Such activities support the
belief that the Hare Krishnas are part of the
Hindu religion. In some countries, it may be
beneficial to align with the local Hindus for
preaching purposes; this is not so in Britain
where there is a large Hindu population and
Hinduism is just another minority religion. I
appreciate the effort of the present leadership,
and their intentions are commendable.

American Idol Or American Idle, Spiritually Speaking
By:
Dr Bil Holton -
Hundreds of thousands of young people have wanted

from all walks of life, from all 50 states, and
from all levels of singing ability - or little
singing ability - if you know what I mean.

By:
Baltasar Maurer -
Every year, the largest Ganesh idol is installed
at Khairatabad in Hyderabad, which is more than 30
ft tall. The Ganapati Mahotsav or the Grand
Festival of Ganesha is the principle festival in
Bombay, the financial capital of India. In Bombay
factories commission the largest of the 6000 or so
Ganeshas collectively. Each of these idols can be
upto 10 meters in height and are paraded on
lorries decorated with multi-colored lights. At
the other end of the scale, little Ganeshas are
placed in nukkads or street corners and in homes,
and pujas are performed daily. The festival was
started by Shivaji , the great Maratha ruler, to
promote culture and a feeling of nationalism
amongst his subjects who were fighting against the
Mughals.

Is The Bible Hate Speech?
By:
Cheryl Ingram -
It appears that Oprah Winfrey wants religious
discourse to be dominated by Universalism. She
has become very popular on an extreme level in
both social and political realms. Many Christians
are feeling pressured into adopting her
perspective or least becoming less verbal about
their own. She played a significant role in the
promotion of Barack Obama during his journey to
the White House.

Psychic Readings Made Easy
By:
Charlie Reese -
The best kinds of psychic to talk to are those
that truly want to learn about you before actually
giving a live psychic reading. I think that
people that get live psychic readings often do so
because they want to show others that they are
really psychic and that they can help others to
become psychic as well. I highly encourage you to
get a psychic reading at least once a week so that
you can become aware of your own spirituality.
Some people enjoy talking to psychics on a weekly
basis because they can really open your eyes to
reality. They can cause you to see something that
is super and not easily seen by the naked eye.

Tony Evans' Evang-Elastic Gospel
By:
Daniel LaLond Jr. -
In the 1970's a superhero named Stretch Armstrong
lined toy store shelves. This toy muscle-man was
made of some pliable, rubber-like stuff and was
about twelve inches tall. Small as he was Stretch
Armstrong could still be stretched far beyond his
designed shape.

Could You Benefit From Trying Past Life Regression?
By:
James A Simmeon -
People have always had a great interest in
learning about their past lives. Many religions
have a strong belief in the existence of a past
life. Most want to learn about their past lives
out of curiosity but the fact is you can make a
change for the better in your life by using it.
Most people do not think about it that way when
they seek to discover their past lives.

How Being Thankful Brought Salvation
By:
Zigfred Diaz -
Several months ago, I was preparing for a Sunday
sermon on thanksgiving. The Lord brought to my
attention the Samaritan leper's thanksgiving
recorded in Luke 17 verses 11 to 19. This is a
very familiar story among Christians. The story
goes like this, there were 10 Samaritan lepers who
asked Jesus for mercy. Jesus told them to show
themselves to the priest. While going there, they
found out that they were healed. Sadly, only one
of them came back to thank Jesus.

Divination With Tarot Readings Pendulums And Crystal Balls.
By:
G M Baxter -
Crystals play a similar role that casting stones
do. Unlike movies that show fortune tellers
looking into a window with their crystal ball,
this is not what happens.
