In this article, I'm going to appeal to your common sense. I beg you to be open minded and not
swallow raw, everything the medical business is feeding you.
Why do I ask you to do that?
The answer is simple. If you read any official health site, what's the first and main point they try
to pressure?
They try to convince you, the only effective method to deal with hypertension is using prescription
drugs. Other things, like exercising and changing diet, may be dealt with in a paragraph or two. But
the main focus is on the important of medications.
And like taking medications for a while wasn't enough, they also want to keep you on them for the
rest of your life. It suppresses the symptoms. Doesn't cure the illness.
And the cause for high blood pressure, in their opinion is...
No1 ... Unknown reasons
No2 ... Genetic reasons
No3 ... Connection to other diseases
And one more time, the treatment...
DRUGS, DRUGS, and again DRUGS!
As you see, even if the medical business admits that they don't know the cause for hypertension most
of the time, they refuse to even discus any other treatment than medications.
But if you apply your common sense, you'll see in a second what really causes high blood
pressure.
You've probably often experienced your blood pressure roar, haven't you? Weren't you engaged in a
very stressful situation when this happened?
Your body was actually reacting to the situation in a very functional way, when it raised your
pressure. You see, when you're faced with danger or stress, your body goes into fight and flight
mood.
This is a mechanism, responsible for saving the lives of your forefathers. It was (and still is)
essential to be able to run away from or fight predators. When you reach flight or fight mood, your
muscles get tense and your blood pressure roars.
There is a big problem with the modern world. We engage in stressful situations like that every day.
We're surrounded by people we don't know. Some of them may even be murderers or human predators. At
best, in every workplace there is someone ready to compete with you and take your job.
The pressure from the world is also different. We've a "life standard" to reach and the dread of not
fulfilling it. Money worries are probably the biggest stress factor in most people's life and I
believe it kills more people than anything else.
This is only an example. Anything you're stressed about will roar your blood pressure. And most
people have these nagging, worrying thoughts all day and all night.
So what can you do? There is very limited chance to drastically change the world. But you can take a
few minutes brake!
You don't have to become a holy master. Giving your mind a few minutes focused pause from the world
is enough to allow it to recover and get it in better shape to deal with the stress you're faced
every day. And lower your blood pressure.
Most people who practice my high blood pressure exercises are back to normal blood pressure within a
week and totally off any medication. Even those suffering from ski-rocking high hypertension.
You can do the same.
