become even larger every year. A limited number of researchers are trying to figure out the reasons
for this. The problem with excessive sweating is both a health issue, but more it is an issue that
causes problems and limitations in our social lives as well as in our professional life.
The causes for excessive sweating is many and often complicated to deal with. The purpose of this

article will also try to give you some guidelines towards how to deal with the issue. Excessive
sweating is in some cases inherited. This does not mean that you cant put a stop to it.
Excessive sweating is often a reason of over active sweat glands. The purpose of our sweat glands is
to cool the body and to eliminate toxins and bacteria found inside our body as well as toxins and
bacteria that live on our skin. Sweating is actually a good thing, but for some the sweating becomes
too much and it starts to interfere with how we want to live our lives.
One of the top causes for excessive sweating is an unhealthy lifestyle. Fat, sugar and salt combined
with lack of activity and exercising will not help you one bit to stop your excessive armpits. By
walking for 30 minutes each day you are helping your body a lot. Also eating a little healthier will
do miracles for your overactive sweat glands.
Alcohol, cigarettes and drugs is also bad if you want to stop sweating. These products make it
harder for the heart to pump your blood around in your body. The body needs to use more energy to do
this simple work and your body gets hotter. With all the toxins included in these products your body
also needs to get rid of more waste. Most of this will be eliminated through urine, but a lot of it
has to be eliminated through your sweat glands.
Some bacteria that live outside your body will also help you sweat more. This is one very common
reason for excessive sweating. Bacteria and other toxins found in common used soaps and deodorants
or antiperspirants get stored in you armpits on your back and other places where you use them. One
tip of advice is to test more natural cleaning products.
