Skid lid or crash helmet as it is better known is: a helmet used to protect the head in
activities such being a motorcyclist or being a bicyclist. Helmets usually have plenty of soft
lining for extra cushion. Manufacturers have their own idea of what they call a skid lid it is in

So many of the motorcycle riders suffer from the delusion that they do not need to wear a helmet.
But with what happens in a crash and could happen to your head it is real stupid not to wear a

to such heights maybe all of us should ride motorcycles.

to know they have to be outfitted right which includes a motocross helmet or skid lid specially
designed for the sport. On motocross you even have ramps that you travel on and sometimes jump and
flip with. Yes I would say motocross riders absolutely positively should wear a helmet.
The bigger consensus is that everybody should wear their helmets when operating any kind of

you will find a great selection in your local stores to suit you. The main thing as when you grab
your bike and started up you should also have your helmet on for safety.
